All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming nothing was too much and helped with all requests on every arrival & leaving the hotel always greeted by everyone including security staff. reception staff allowed us to keep luggage and use pool facilities after check out due to long wait to leave bangkok. perfect location for bus to all locations at the end of the street. comfortable and clean hotel very affordable and have no faults . Tuk tuk to train, walking distance to change money, eat food and 7/11. Staff very helpful. Big enough for family and free cot.

The room was a small 1-bedroom apartment with kitchenette. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The on-balcony washing machine was a great bonus as well. The Infinity pool was great but only had two lounge chairs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the location relative to the riverside, markets and many attractions you typically go to see in Bangkok. Our own fault for not spending more time researching this. Grab rides to riverside were 45-60 each way, so not convenient.

Easy check-in. Unit provided everything I needed to be comfortable such as a full size fridge and a stove. Cleaning staff providing bottled water and cleaning any used plates/utensils.

The location is perfect for me and the tuk-tuk service is great to go to the BTS station. The swimming-pool is clean and nice.
